Privacy Notice

A data-minimized account and generation policy: keep only what is needed, never claim customer images, and let payment providers control payment credentials.

Prototype counsel-review draft

This page records the approved product direction. It is not legal advice and is not approved for a live commercial launch until licensed counsel validates the final entity details, governing law, venue, liability cap, indemnity procedure, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

01

Scope and operator

This notice describes how Trade Momentum LLC intends to process information through A New System. It covers the questionnaire, account-gated downloads, customer uploads, generated packages, advanced checkout, support, and security operations. It does not govern a customer’s downloaded or published website. PayPal, Stripe, and Coinbase independently govern their respective payment processing.

02

Information we collect

  • Device-local questionnaire data: business, audience, page, design, feature, hosting, accessibility, privacy, and delivery answers saved in your browser for up to 24 hours.
  • Account data: the minimum identifier and authentication, consent, security, entitlement, and account-status data required to maintain the account. The prototype derives a non-plain-text account key for download accounting rather than storing the questionnaire with an email address.
  • Customer content: copy, instructions, public business contact details, and up to three customer-selected images or local placeholder concepts needed for the requested site.
  • Release and download evidence: project identifier, content digest, accepted Terms/Privacy versions, short-lived authorization token, token state, and successful-download events.
  • Transaction metadata: if paid checkout is later enabled, provider checkout/order/transaction identifier, amount, currency, network, state, timestamps, entitlement, refund, and dispute evidence. We do not store raw card numbers, security codes, seed phrases, private keys, or raw wallet credentials.
  • Operational security data: minimized logs needed to prevent abuse, investigate failures or threats, and protect accounts and releases.
03

Customer images

You retain all rights you already hold in uploaded images. Trade Momentum receives no ownership and no continuing image license. In this prototype, images are decoded, resized, metadata-stripped through browser re-encoding, and stored with the draft on your device. At download, prepared images are transmitted transiently only to assemble your package.

We do not use customer images for model training, advertising, marketing, portfolios, product showcases, sale, profiling, unrelated analytics, or another customer’s work. Service providers may process the minimum needed only under the requested fulfillment, security, or legal purpose.

04

Why we process information

  • Provide the questionnaire, classification, generation, validation, package, and download requested by you.
  • Create, authenticate, secure, and maintain your account.
  • Bind the correct release, license, Terms, Privacy version, and download allowance to the account.
  • Process an advanced purchase, reconcile provider payment events, and handle refunds or disputes when live payments are approved.
  • Detect abuse, diagnose faults, preserve integrity evidence, and meet legal obligations.
  • Respond to your export, deletion, support, or privacy request.
05

What we do not do

We do not sell customer personal information or customer images. We do not add hidden tracking to the downloaded basic site, monitor how a customer uses the downloaded source, probe a published site without authorization, collect payment credentials into Trade Momentum systems, or build an advertising profile from questionnaire content.

06

Payment and service providers

When an advanced purchase is enabled, provider-controlled interfaces collect and process payment credentials. PayPal may process PayPal, wallet, and card payments under its Privacy Statement and applicable agreements. Stripe may process hosted Checkout, Billing, and Invoicing data under its applicable privacy and service terms when that rail is selected. Coinbase may process Base USDC crypto checkout data under its applicable business and privacy terms. Trade Momentum stores no raw card data, seed phrase, private key, or raw wallet credential.

Hosting, authentication, storage, security, and infrastructure providers may process the minimum information needed to operate and secure A New System under contractual and legal controls. Production subprocessors and locations must be listed before commercialization.

07

Retention

Pre-account draftBrowser storage for no more than 24 hours unless you clear it sooner.
Raw upload/workspace copyErase by release, abandonment, or 24 hours after terminal job state, whichever creates the shortest lawful service window.
Released package availabilityUntil the third successful download, verified deletion, or 12 months without project activity, subject to notice and lawful exceptions.
Account identifier and consentFor the life of the account or until verified deletion; inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months with notice when no active subscription or download entitlement remains.
Operational diagnostics90 days unless an incident or lawful hold requires a documented exception.
Financial and critical audit evidenceSeven-year conservative prototype baseline from the applicable closing event, replaced when a record-category, jurisdiction, legal-hold, provider, insurer, or creditor rule requires another period.

The seven-year baseline is not a universal federal rule. IRS periods vary by record and circumstance. Production retention requires legal and accounting validation.

08

Security

The target architecture encrypts durable data, limits access, uses short-lived download and provider authorizations, separates generation from release authority, records integrity evidence, and erases temporary workspaces. No security measure eliminates every risk. The prototype must not be represented as production-certified until the specified identity, storage, quorum, incident, backup, and security tests pass.

09

Your choices and rights

You can edit or clear the device-local questionnaire before finalization, choose whether to upload images or request generated content, decline advanced checkout, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of retained account/project information. A previously activated site license survives account deletion, while platform re-download availability may end.

Additional rights depend on where you live and may include confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, appeal, and freedom from discriminatory treatment. Identity verification, authorized-agent rules, response periods, and any applicable opt-out mechanisms must be finalized for each production jurisdiction.

10

Children, international use, and changes

A New System is intended for adults creating a business or professional website and is not directed to children. International transfers, regional notices, age thresholds, and lawful-transfer mechanisms require production review before availability in a jurisdiction.

Material changes will receive a new version and may require renewed consent. The version shown at the top of this page is recorded with account activation and paid checkout when required.
